Construction of 5 Schools (CES de CAP ESTERIAS built on 2 Ha, Alibandeng School Complex (Kiliba) built on 2.6 Ha, Ondogo Primary School built on 0.40 Ha, CES d’Avorbam built on 0.83 Ha, CES d’Angondjé built on 0.52 Ha) R+1 Buildings. Cost of the works: 6 billion FCFA; Land area: 6.2 hectares; Developed floor area: 11,000 m².

Missions:
Studies (DIAG, APS, APD-PRO, ACT) technological lots (CFO/CFA electricity, CVD, sanitary plumbing, fire protection, sanitation, and VRD).
